If you ask any trainer, they will tell you that eating healthy food is the backbone of your training goals. Food is the fuel for your body to ensure that you reach your goals. Without proper nutrition foods, you are likely to stall.
Eat organic foods and maintain a balanced diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, carbohydrates, proteins and fats including fish.
Eat more to gain more. Eat minimum 5 times a day with 3 hours gap. Make sure you have 2 mini meals and 3 regular meals. Also, eat less as the day goes on.
